I met my first mean person at work. Like Topy, I was left out of the group.
I was working diligently and hard, but suddenly he stopped talking to me properly one way or the other, and I could no longer communicate with him, not even to communicate what was necessary for work. His attitude changes depending on his mood that day. The other employees noticed it and warned him about his attitude, but he didn't seem to improve.
I realized once again that human nature is important in a workplace where teamwork is required, and I left early for the first time because I was not suited for the job and the manager had no management skills. I was left out of the group, but I managed to spend my time with them by separating myself from them and saying that they introduced themselves to my humanity. People have their own habits, but I keep my distance from people with big attitudes and big mouths, such as self-proclaimed local Japanese, Japanese who have been immigrants for "a little" longer, people with various connections, etc.
