What will be doing:

As the Property Operations and Project Management Coordinator, you will support the Property Operations department and lead the Project Management department. You coordinate the Property Operations & Maintenance department alongside the department manager, and manage all renovation projects. These projects involve partial or complete upgrades of vacation properties managed by Midway Vacations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate with the team the day-to-day physical operations of the vacation rental properties.
• Assign, verify and document completion of all routine maintenance and repairs in the property maintenance management system.
• Manage the execution of renovation projects.
• Coordinate and prioritize maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct thorough inspections of properties to ensure compliance with company standards and guest expectations.
• Schedule maintenance services/ repairs, if needed.
• Manage and coordinate all physical aspects of the properties, including guest assistance, repairs, maintenance, and periodic inspections.
• Coordinate any issues arising from property emergencies and facilitate repair estimates and renovation work
• Log all property-specific activities and provide detailed communication to Midway's management to ensure accurate billing and reporting of Midway's services
• Retain documentation related to all expenses and submit receipts and invoices to Midway's accounting department in accordance with Midway's policies and procedures
• Assist with administrative support in the office.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Utilize property management software to track maintenance activities, monitor inventory, and generate reports.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a professional setting.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellence.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing maintenance challenges.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Annual salary $65,000 to $67,000 depending on experience.
