About M Piano Salon
At M Piano Salon, we give all students an opportunity to learn classical piano music from a classically trained pianist who has graduated from prestigious music schools and conservatories and has an excellent amount of education and experience.
We bring our experience and a special style of teaching to your piano lessons to help ensure that our students get the best possible piano instructions while realizing their full music potential. At M Piano Salon we have one goal in mind: To provide the highest quality of education in a fun, energetic, and welcoming environment.
Momo N Clark
Owner and Piano Instructor
Pianist Momo is a multifaceted musician, actively pursuing solo, collaborative performance, and teaching. Momo holds a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from the Toho College of Music in Japan, and also attended a college-affiliated music school, where she gained expert knowledge of piano techniques. Aside from her education in Japan, she studied abroad in Vienna, Austria in 2012.
In addition to her classical music skill, she has exceptional experience in performing works of contemporary and young composers from around the world.
In 2013, she performed at the Hot Air Music Festival in SFCM where the composers and audiences were fascinated by her performance.
Momo began teaching piano lessons during her undergraduate studies. Her experience with music education and performance has made her a versatile teacher, bringing together many aspects in music education such as music theory, history, solfege, as well as ear training and sight-reading practice into the piano technique.
Furthermore, she started her own business when she was 25 years old, which supported young artists to perform in a concert setting.

ホノルル市内にて、主に中級・上級者のピアノプライベートレッスンを提供させていただいております。
私は幼少期より専門的にクラシック音楽を学んでまいりました。
これまでに、日本国内・ヨーロッパ・アメリカなど世界各国で一流ピアニストからの指導を受けてきており、音大卒業後はソロ、室内楽での演奏活動を行い、その傍らで後進の指導にも力を注いでおります。
今までに培った経験と技術を基に、ピアノの基礎から上級曲を弾く上でのテクニックまで、生徒個々のレベル・ペースに合わせて上達へ導きます。
生徒側が受け身のレッスンではなく、生徒自身のやりたいことや考えを共有し、相談しながら進めていくことを心がけています。
尚、レッスン時間は年齢、レベルによって30分・45分・60分に分かれます。コンクールやオーディションを受けたい方、音大進学を目指している方は60分のレッスンが必要となります。
音楽を学ぶ事で、美的情操、集中力や継続力も育ち、さらに感受性や創造力も豊かになったりと、自然と多様な能力が身に付きます。また、大人の方にも非常に効果的な“脳トレ“となり、何歳から始めても脳を活性化させる素晴らしい効果が期待出来ます。
