| Job Description | ■ Position Customer Service （ Lounge Customer Service ） ■ Location [Waikiki Lounge] International Market Place 1st Floor [Ala Moana Lounge] Ala Moana Center Eva Wing 3rd floor ■ Start date ： Around mid-August ■ Working hours Shift work according to business hours. Early shift … 9 ： 30AM ～ 5 ： 30PM （ 1 hour break ） Late shift … 12 ： 30PM ～ 8 ： 30PM （ 1 hour break ） ■ Employment Temp Staff ■ Salary Hourly Rate $ 18-21 (depending on experience) ■ Job Description ・ Receptionist at the lounge （ Information on services, promotions, etc. ） ・ Patrolling the lounge （ Replenishing equipment, preparing drinks, cleaning, etc. ） ・ Various lending services Service receptionist （ Strollers, umbrellas, cell phone chargers, etc. ） ・ Handling customer inquiries （ Lost and stolen cards ・ Immediate reissue, card usage, overseas insurance, etc. ） ・ Back office operations （ Data entry, inventory of supplies, etc. ） ・ Pre/post lounge opening （ Cleaning, tidying, restocking supplies, etc. ） ■ Application requirements → Transportation allowance （ Bus pass ・ Parking fee ／ Upper limit ） ・ Saturday and Sunday work （ or both days ） Available, ！ ・ Early shift ・ Flexible to work late ・ 5 days a week full time ・ Japanese ／ Bilingual English *You do not have to have experience in the card industry.
