There is a lanai. Nothing on it at this time, but we would like to put in a coffee table, etc. or a BBQ grill outside to create a common space for everyone to relax.

Security deposit is $ 400.
One month rent $ $1200 (including utilities)
There is a bus stop 5 minutes walk away,
30 minutes to Kapiolani Community College, 1 hour to UH, or you can take the Express Bus for a shorter time.

My American husband used to be an English teacher in Japan
He can give you English lessons ！ He is very good at teaching and speaks a little Japanese.
