主人の実家がハワイなので引越しを考えていたところ、義母に犬を連れて来るなら家の保険が必要で、その値段がかなり高いと言われ困っています。 本当に、そのような保険が必要なのでしょうか。どなたか教えて下さい。

ハワイでのワン子の入手方法はやはりペットショップとかブリーダーからでしょうか、シェルターに入っている子たちなどはないのでしょうか
