Job Description | **Duties** - Prepare ・ and cook sushi dishes according to established recipes and standards. - Ensure sushi dishes meet restaurant standards for quality and presentation. - Work with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and prompt service. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including proper storage and handling of ingredients. - Assist in menu planning and development of new sushi dishes. - Ensure the health and safety of customers and staff by adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. **Skills** - Must have extensive experience preparing sushi and Japanese cuisine. - In-depth knowledge of Sushi ingredients, techniques and presentation. - Ability to work effectively in a busy environment with attention to detail. - Excellent knife skills for accurate cutting and slicing of ingredients. - Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. - Ability to work as part of a team or independently as needed. **Remarks** This is not a traditional sushi bar, but a relaxed environment serving sushi to customers. Other related duties may be required of employees. **Employment:** Both full time and part time positions available. |
