FREE ・ Saturday, July 2 ； Morning Yoga ＆ Beach Cleanup

We will be holding yoga and beach cleanups on four Saturdays in July at various locations in Honolulu. Everyone is welcome to participate for free, so please feel free to bring your family and friends.

June 21 ・ A morning yoga and beach cleanup to bring awareness to the summer community planned in celebration of International Yoga Day.

Everyone is welcome, from children to seniors, even yoga beginners. Please invite your family and friends to join us.

Born ・ Osaka, Hawaii for 14 years

First encountered yoga while studying abroad in Pennsylvania, USA ・ in 2001. In 2007, she moved to Hawaii to work as a wedding coordinator. Since then, she has been involved in the launch of a language school. She discovered healing through various life experiences, such as childbirth, child rearing, and the bereavement of her beloved husband.

In order to deepen her study of healing, she obtained various certifications in healing and as a yoga teacher. She offers yoga classes that emphasize the integration of body, mind, and spirit. She teaches yoga classes at major hotels in Waikiki.

After working as a sales representative and English teacher at a major English school in Japan, she took a school career in Hawaii at an English school and taught English as well as Japanese at a local school in Hawaii and online. She also wrote a column on education and mindfulness ・ yoga for a local newspaper in Hawaii for a year, and enrolled in the Health ＆ Life Coach ・ Institute during the pandemic in October 2020 and started her coaching career after completing the course in August 2021. Started.
