4/19(Tue)Start ！ Morning Yoga Class

A slow-paced, Japanese-only hatha yoga class for those new to yoga.
Feel free to join us alone or with friends, seniors and men ！.

It is currently held every Saturday at 9:00am.

New morning yoga class will start at 9:00 on 4/19(Tue) ！ Students are welcome.


《MORNING YOGA》

Starting slowly with breathing and warm-up, we will go through each basic yoga pose carefully matching it with your breath, so even beginners can join the class without difficulty.

Every Tuesday ＆ Saturday
Time: 9:00am-10:00am
Fee: drop-in $ 15 discount for multiple tickets.

《Location》 Kapiolani Park, opposite Diamond Head Tennis Center, near the Vanian Tree.

（ Please bring a yoga mat or rug ）
Please bring water and a towel to put on your face during shavasana if necessary.
