• The house is very well ventilated and unless you are very hot, air conditioning is unnecessary.

• As for the Bedding shown in the pictures (bedding and pillows ） you can use what you like. The owner can also provide other beddings.

• Students and people with steady jobs.
Must have good manners and common sense. We prefer someone who can keep the house clean.

• No parties, non-smokers only

• 1 month security deposit required. If there is any damage, the security deposit will be deducted from the security deposit when you leave and the balance will be returned after repairs are made.

• Laundry room is in the apartment. You can pay by cell phone app or coins.

• Bicycle parking is available.

• No pets allowed

• If you lose your key, you pay $ 100.

• If you break the contract in the middle of the contract period, pay for the next month.

• When you move in, we will copy your ID such as Passport.
