[Urgent] [Long-term] Looking for a room in Honolulu or nearby.

Hello, I am currently looking for an apartment in Honolulu or nearby. I am looking for an apartment in Honolulu or near Honolulu, but to be honest, I am having a hard time finding a place. I am a bit of a germaphobe myself, so I am pretty confident that I like to keep clean.
The rent is about $2300 at max, no pets, and I am a non-smoker. The term is until next March. From there it may be extended depending on the circumstances with the company.
I am looking for a place with a washer and dryer in the room. I also have a car, so a parking space would be nice.
