Looking for roommate and babysitter.

I am looking for a roommate and babysitter who is looking for residency in the Waikiki area.
This 2 bed, 1 bath is available for residency right now. If you are willing to babysit as well, rent is $900/month, electricity and WiFi are free. close to UH manoa.
My son will only stay at my house for 2 weeks out of the month, so you would only need to babysit while I am working or out of town for only 2 weeks.
There is a parking space so you don't have to worry about parking on the street.
You can decorate the furniture or whatever you want.
