This is an opportunity to practice English while learning about Hawaii by a Hawaiian in Hawaiian language! Yes, we learn basic Olelo Hawaii words, phrases, and proverbs. The goals are to meet fun and interesting people like you, learn and practice language and culture in a natural setting. There is no grammar exercises at all! Your host, Lono-Sensei is a teacher who speaks 5 languages and is passionate about Hawaiian culture and learning about other cultures too.
