While playing authentic taiko drums, parents and children can enjoy learning the basics of music, daily discipline, absolute pitch training, vocal music, and more.
Every child has unlimited potential. Let your child reach his or her full potential while having fun and learning through authentic taiko playing ！ Music education in early childhood has been proven by science to permanently raise IQ by 10 points, and is certain to have a positive impact on children's brain development. In addition, it is believed that learning the art of playing a musical instrument helps children develop a sense of fulfillment and confidence that cannot be gained through schooling alone, and contributes greatly to their development. Lucy Polanji, owner of Polanji Piano Studio and an international taiko instructor, teaches in both English and Japanese. She practices every Sunday at Washington Middle School. Please make an appointment in advance.
