*The Kaua‘i Bus announces modified schedule in Līhu‘e for June 6*

LĪHU'E – The Kauai Bus Route 70 Lihue Shuttle will have a modified route on Saturday, June 6. Rice Street will be closed from 9:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. for the 8th Annual YWCA Pride Parade.

During this closure, the following stops will not be serviced:


* Rice Street/Hoolako Street (both sides of the street)
* Rice Street/Hardy Street
* Rice Street/Umi Street
* Rice Street/Ewalu Street
* Rice Street/Kalena Street

This will affect the 70 Lihue Shuttle routes starting at 8:55 a.m., 9:55 a.m., and 10:55 a.m. Riders looking to access Rice Street during this closure should use the Eiwa Street Civic Center bus stop.
