シャミナード大学徒歩５分、UH Manoa徒歩30分、Times Supermarket, Longs Drugs Store, Foodland等スーパー薬局等共に徒歩5‐10分圏内です。

オーナー家族（夫婦と娘）が住んでおり、夫と娘は会社勤務、妻は専業主婦、ペットに大型犬の犬二匹がいます。
夫は英語のみ、妻と娘は英語と日本語話者です。


・共用キッチンには電子レンジ・オーブン・コンロ・トースター等があり、食器や洗剤含め家電はご自由にお使い頂いて構いません。
・共用ランドリールームには乾燥機・洗濯機・冷蔵庫があり、こちら洗剤や柔軟剤も含めご自由です。
・バスルームはハウスメイトの方々で共用となります。トイレとシャワー完備。
・最寄りのバス停まで徒歩3分。
・セキュリティとして要ピンコードのシャッター。
・二部屋共鍵付き。
・エアコン、シーリングファン・クローゼット・ベッド等の家具付き。
・水道代、ネット料金、光熱費込み

常識の範囲内での騒音と飲酒、家族限定でお部屋への宿泊可。
室内禁煙・バルコニー等なら可。
内覧可能。

共用スペースを綺麗に使ってくださる方を探しています。

別途敷金として一か月分お預かりします。退去時にダメージや過度な汚れ等がなければ全額返金いたします。

Room for rent:

Renting 2 rooms for one in our house.
5-10 minute walk to Chaminade, Times, Longs, Foodland and other stores. 30 minute walk to UH Manoa.

- Shared Kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster etc, free to use including the dishes.
- Shared Laundry room with Washer, Dryer, and a Fridge, free to use including detergents and etc.
- The shower will be shared between the 2 tenants.
- 3 minute walk from the nearest Bus stop.
- A storm shutter for security.
- Both of the rooms are complete with a lock.
- Completely furnished with a full size bed, A/C, Closet, Ceiling fan, and Etc.
- Free Utilities including Wi-fi.

Noise and Drinking with in reason, sleepovers allowed for families only.
No smoking inside the house. Please use our balcony.

We're looking for somebody who are clean and responsible, we will prioritize who will stay long time

We require deposit for a month, which will be returned to you at the time of your leave, if there's no damage to the room.
