A house in a quiet kaimuki, this time we are looking for a den room on the second floor. It is a large living, dining, and kichine, but the common areas are cleaned every 2 weeks.
Currently, there are four of us: a language school student, an IT professional, a manager of a Japanese restaurant, and myself, who will soon open an udon restaurant. All are male. We are looking for $ 1000 per month for a minimum of 6 months. We are asking for $ 100 cleaning fee as a deposit for the first month.
We are planning to open another room in January. This time the room does not have a door, but the room is bigger. The room for January is a private room that can be locked from the inside. This room is 1200 per month $. It is possible to move to a private after two months, but we won't know until the second half of December as the person living there will decide whether to move.
