We have one room available now. Minimum 1 year stay, rent $850/month, deposit $850/month, $100 minus cleaning fee $750/month when you leave. Also, there is a Times supermarket and Longs drugs right in front of the building, so it is very convenient.
I am currently sharing a house with 2 other girls who are elementary school teachers and will be leaving soon. So we have another room available. The room is spacious and comfortable but has no door. The rent is the same $ 850. Lights out after 9pm, morning starts at 7am, Wi-Fi, electricity, and monthly cleaning of common areas are free. Guests are not allowed.
