Sorry I can’t show the place today because I work 7 days but I’ll try to set a showing on Thursday.
Place is very quiet, house is owned by a very old gentleman(94) that will be living above which is the ground floor, You will get the back lower side of the house which is on a different floor. You’ll have your own bedroom (not furnished) and entrance. Everything besides that will be sharing pretty much with me but like I mentioned, I work every day so only come back to sleep pretty much.
Street parking in front ,never had a problem finding a spot personally. Quiet environment is absolute, of course no party’s.
Excellent environment for study’s.
