Cleaning
Before applying the coating, we start by cleaning the car so that the material will adhere to a clean surface. First, the car's surface is cleaned with a special Japanese soap called "Bakuhaku". If Bakuhaku is not sufficient, the surface is then hardened with clay so that the vehicle is fully prepared for the paint correction phase. The current condition of the vehicle will dictate the procedure, which may be hand polish, buffer polish, or acid wash. The better the initial condition of the paint, the better the results.


Paint Correction
Paint correction is the most time consuming and critical process performed to prepare a vehicle. This process is the primary determinant of the final product result. The goal of paint correction is to buff away hard water spots, small scratches, paint migration, and uneven areas of the vehicle's paint and to make the paint surface as smooth as possible.


Coating
After ensuring that no paint residue or streaks are present, a liquid glass coating is applied to each individual panel. For each individual panel, wipe down with three microfiber cloths to ensure that the coating is applied evenly over the entire surface. This process is completed after rigorous inspection under illumination and sun.

Overnight Bonding Process
Once the coating is applied to the entire vehicle, it is stored in our store for 24 hours to cure. This step allows the coating to bond with the paint and ensures that all the benefits of the coating are obtained the moment the vehicle is brought home.


Aftercare
We will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction with the coating. Two weeks after completion, stop by the store and we will demonstrate how to properly maintain and clean your vehicle to prevent premature wear of both the coating and the paint. To experience the full glass coating experience, bring your vehicle in two weeks after the initial coating.

This appointment will conclude the coating process with an optional tutorial on how to apply hydrophobic solutions and maintain the coating.

You can then schedule a biannual (every 6 months ❑ ) appointment to maintain your warranty.

Our Japanese ceramic glass coatings are more durable than traditional ceramic coatings on the market. How do I know if the coating will last?
Our products are tested using a xenon weatherometer that artificially reproduces outdoor degradation factors such as sunlight, temperature, and humidity. Exposing materials to these factors accelerates the degradation process and predicts life expectancy in a relatively short period of time.

What happens to the timeline after the vehicle is unloaded?
The coating process takes at least two days to prepare, clean, apply, and cure. The process may take longer depending on the current state of the coating.
