Water shutdown scheduled at Royal Sonesta Kaua`i Resort on July 24

LIHUE – The Department of Water (DOW) and the Royal Sonesta Kaua`i Resort is coordinating a water service shutdown on the resort's property on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, for approximately 2 to 3 hours, beginning at 11 p.m. The Royal Sonesta Resort will be conducting work to replace a backflow preventor on property.

DOW personnel are scheduled to operate the valves to shut water off to the property at the request of the Royal Sonesta Resort.

Notifications to resort guests, tenants and residents within the resort property are being handled by Royal Sonesta Resort.
