Sunset Yoga&Sound Healing for well being

This is a collaborative project between yoga and sound healing. Join us for a special time to heal your body and mind while surrounded by the setting sun. ？ Deepen the relaxation of your body and mind and regain renewed energy with a yoga and sound healing session.

Yoko, a body specialist and skeletal correction personal trainer, will gently guide you in yoga, and Mika, a musician and sound healer, will support your healing with sound.
Let's recharge your energy in a comfortable atmosphere with gentle wind, nature, and sound ♫
