"Family Affection Bento"
workshop with special instructor Naoko Mora － of
One Plate Zen, creator of vegetarian cuisine.
Naoko, who was born and raised in a Zen temple, knows
vegan ／ vegetarian bento ideas ！

During the workshop, you will prepare your own bento box
with side dishes and rice that we will prepare for you.
For dessert, RAW sweets from aloha.veggie_kitchen will be served

At One Plate Zen, we will share ideas for making bento, a traditional Japanese culture, more enjoyable, beautiful, and delicious
based on the philosophy of vegetarian cuisine

On the day of the class, you will be asked to pack your own bento box
with staples and side dishes that we have prepared for you in advance.
You will be able to open the lid of your bento box at the table or on the road, and
you will be filled with smiles.
Take time to look at your bento,
put more effort into it,
and
take home tips on how to make a bento that is filled with love.

History of bento, essence of vegetarian cuisine,
About bento box, types of bento,
How to pack beautifully, seasoning, suggestions for easy-to-eat side dishes,
How to put leftovers, etc.
This is a course on making lunchboxes for everyday use, not for entertaining.
