And now, we are looking for opening staff at the timing of our two new restaurants opening in November.

Naoyuki Ohno, president of Ohnoya Ramen, started operating a ramen restaurant in Hawaii almost 30 years ago in 1990.
In the beginning, we didn't know what we were doing. Trying&various methods over and over again by trial and error,
our experience of moving forward to please our customers as much as possible has led us to the Ohnoya Ramen of today.

One of the greatest advantages of working at Ohnoya Ramen is that through my 30 years of experience running a restaurant in Hawaii,
I can tell you specifically how to ？ run a restaurant with American customers.
You can use the real voices and feedback from our customers in our 30 years of experience ！

If you want to challenge yourself, I think this is the ideal environment for you ！.

Currently, most of the servers are American staff and the kitchen staff is Japanese.
Staff members are friendly and get along well with each other.

If there is something you don't understand, there is a system in place where you can immediately ask questions to senior staff.
We value communication onsite, so please feel free to ask questions or make
suggestions, even seemingly out-of-the-box ideas ！ We are looking for people who are willing to make suggestions.
