Sun Noodle was founded in Hawaii in 1981 when a Japanese man came to the United States with a single noodle-making machine to introduce authentic Japanese noodles.
The company offers a wide range of products, from custom noodles for restaurants to ramen kits that make it easy to make ramen at home. Since its founding, Sun Noodle has placed great importance on creating products that are safe to eat without the use of any preservatives, artificial colors, or food improvers.

We currently have offices and plants in four locations, including Hawaii, with approximately 250 employees, including 20 Japanese employees.
