プロフィール
Mika Mimura Erickson (vibraphone)

Vibraphone and marimba player, sound healer. Born in Osaka, Japan. She began playing the marimba at the age of six. Mika received a Master's Degree from Osaka College of Music, and she was awarded a Berklee World Scholarship to enroll and graduated. She lived in New York City for about 10 years and has worked with award-winning artists. She joined the group “Banda Magda” while in New York. The band went on tour in Europe, the US, South America, and Japan. Mika has performed at the New York Blue Note Jazz Club with her own group, and at the Embassy of Japan Information and Culture Center in Washington, DC. She has lived and performed in Hawaii since 2019. She regularly performs sound healing, at concerts, and events. Website

Taka Komagata (tenor)

Praised for his “soaring lines” and “particularly lyrical” singing (Boston Musical Intelligencer), tenor Taka Komagata performs “with earnest gusto” (The Boston Globe) brightening classical music internationally with his sincere vocal style. Currently, a Resident Artist at Hawai’i Opera Theatre, he will perform the role of Colin in Nolan Gasser's The Secret Garden in October. With HOT he starred as Goro in Madama Butterfly and Bastien in Mozart’s Bastien und Bastienne. Taka made his company debut in the role of Manny in Gabriele Vanoni’s Ellis, a world premiere multimedia immersive opera with Guerilla Opera in Boston. In December 2020, he made a Japanese debut in Tokyo and performed the leading male role in an original Christmas musical, I’ll Be Home for Christmas with Asakusa Kyugeki Theater. Mr. Komagata co-founded Balcony Series, an artistic troupe delivering timeless classical compositions to unsuspecting listeners through impromptu performances. The series builds spontaneous bridges between everyday life and the experience of classical music by catering to audiences who would otherwise not seek out the genre. Website
