1œ)We currently have a young male college student in our house, so we are looking for as young a male as possible.
2Guaranteed private room for one person (from $700/month), double room for two people ($600/month). The rooms vary in size depending on the angle of the room, but they all have locks. We provide desks, chairs, beds, bedding, etc. all free of charge. There is also a chest of drawers to put your clothes. Please return it when you leave.
