薬を飲み続けても良くならない、自分で健康管理ができるようになりたい！

むしろ、引き算の健康法を大切にしております。
私自身が子供の食物アレルギー・アトピー・喘息を治してきた経験やヨガインストラクターとしての知識、
多くの講座などで学んできた内容を元にお伝えしています。
