*2024 Primary Election Ballot Mailing and Ballot Drop Box Locations*

Līhu‘e, Kaua‘i — Ballot packets for the 2024 Primary Election were mailed on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, and should begin arriving over the following days.

Ballot packets are only mailed to active voters.  If you have moved and have not updated your voter registration, you must do so before you can vote in this election.

If you receive a ballot packet for someone who is no longer at the address, please write, “NOT AT THIS ADDRESS,” and place it back in the USPS mail.  The returned ballot packet will be used to flag the corresponding voter’s registration record and help to identify outdated records in the voter file.

Ballot drop boxes for the 2024 Primary Election will be deployed on July 18th and 19th, at the following locations:

_Thursday, July 18, 2024_

Kōloa Neighborhood Center (3461 Weliweli Road)

Kalāheo Neighborhood Center (4480 Papalina Road)

Hanapēpē Neighborhood Center (4451 Puolo Road)

Waimea Neighborhood Center (4556 Makeke Road)

_Friday, July 19, 2024_

Hanalei Neighborhood Center (5-5358 Kūhiō Highway)

Church of the Pacific (4520 Kapaka Road)

Aloha Petroleum Menehune Food Mart (4521 Kolo Road)

Kapa‘a Public Library (1464 Kūhiō Highway)

Elections Division (4386 Rice Street)

Drop boxes will be accessible 24/7 until 7:00 p.m. on Primary Election Day, Saturday, August 10, 2024.  Ballots must be received, not postmarked by 7:00 p.m. on August 10, 2024.
