Hello.

I am currently an exchange student in Hawaii （ Honolulu ）.
My current contract for my dormitory is until the end of July 2024, but I will be returning home at the end of May.
Therefore, I am looking for someone to live in the dormitory from June to July.

The name of the dormitory is "Walter Dods, Jr. RISE Center".
1. it is located 10 minutes from Waikiki by car or 20 minutes by bus.
2. although it is a university dormitory, non-students can also live there.
3. new construction （ open in 2023 ） so good facilities and no worries about bugs.
4. there is a community kitchen so you can cook your own meals.
5. there is also a coffee shop on the first floor.
6. on the second floor there is a space to work or study.

Originally the rent is about $1300, but it will be rented at a lower rate to "$1000".

The room is for two people, but there are currently no roommates, so you can live alone or with two people.

It is much cheaper than living in a hotel, so it is perfect for those who are planning to travel alone or stay for a long time.
