Hello everyone.

We all have stress in our daily lives, more or less.

What makes your days frustrating and drains your energy?

This time we will look at what is causing that stress.

Some of you may be uncomfortable with something but are not sure what it is.

Let's look at what is disturbing you in relation to your feelings.



This time, try to clarify the source of the stress and the way of thinking,

and learn how to avoid dealing with the same stress easily.



We will give the same lecture three times, so please join us on a convenient date.

You will have a different experience if we cover three different stresses, and

if the problem is serious, you can go in depth on the same thing three times.


We would like to guide you by looking at your expressions, energy, and other personal conditions, so we will limit participation to those who can show up on the day.
