After changing my phone, my LINE disappeared （ tears ）

Please.　I am depressed.

I bought a new iphone.　I was able to transfer the data, but when I came back home, the talk part of LINE was not transferred.　I had my old phone with me, so I checked it and found that the old LINE talk was still there.　I had originally planned to TRADE my old phone at a later date and had been working all night to transfer the LINE talk section from my old phone to my new phone after doing a lot of research.　I thought I had made a backup, but I still hadn't migrated it, and worst of all, the talk had disappeared from my old phone as well.　I think I have a backup, but I am depressed and worried because I have no idea what to do next.　I went to APPLE but they refused to help me because they don't support LINE.　

I am not mechanically inclined, so I hope I can get somewhere to see it.　I went to GEEKS in Moiliili for advice and they refused to accept anything but repair.　

I really want to restore my old LINE talk, any advice would be appreciated.　
Please please please please.　I am floundering due to lack of sleep.
