Shared house in Eva Beach ・ housemate wanted

We are looking for housemates in Eva Beach ！ We currently have two single rooms available.
The rooms are fully furnished with bed, refrigerator, storage space （ closet, etc ）. Kitchen, toilet, and bath are shared.
The landlord is a couple in their 30s with two children. In addition to the landlord, two tenants live in the apartment.

The location is about 20 minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop. You can also conveniently take the bus to Waikiki on the 42.E, which goes directly to Waikiki.
Room rent is $ 650 （ smaller room ） and $ 750 （ larger room ） both include utilities.
