Hello, I am interested in starting an online main volunteer position in Hawaii in July for Japanese tourists.
If anyone is interested with the requirements listed below, please contact me.
I am only staying for one year for an internship.

Objective: To help travelers from Japan enjoy their stay in Hawaii in a way that suits them

Target: Travelers to Hawaii from Japan

Activities: Presenting and planning spots and activities that meet travelers' needs online Coordination / Contact with travelers to understand their needs prior to online consultation / Consultation on concerns about staying in Hawaii / Creation of a blog and website for travelers in Hawaii / Conducting post-event surveys / Promotional activities on social networking sites ・ Dissemination of content that will make people want to come to Hawaii

Activity frequency:
1: During May~June, we will create / modify our website to start online coordination activities from July ・ We will contact you in advance when necessary for updates
2: During May~June, we will set up a SNS for the start of online coordination

3: Daily SNS updates → (stories ・ will be posted on SNS) We will assign the days of the week to the members depending on the number of members. / Posting ideas (once a week, as needed)

4, 5, 6: Information sharing with online coordinators → We will call or email about a week before the online consultation to discuss the needs of the travelers during their stay in Hawaii, and then we will propose a plan to the online coordinators. We will discuss what we may be able to recommend during that week (personal communication as needed)

7: We will ask about 2 weeks in advance how many coordinators are available and when they are not scheduled for school, work, or other personal activities and decide on a weekly basis when they will be assigned to you, You will do it on your free days / Meetings with 3, 4, 5 people about once a week (person-to-person contact if necessary)
