LĪHUʻE – Due to phone outage issues, various County of Kaua‘i phone lines and voicemails are currently down.

The public is advised to visit https://www.kauai.gov/Government/Departments-Agencies [ https://www.kauai.gov/Government/Departments-Agencies?utm_medium=email&utm_source=govdelivery ] and email government services.

The County of Kaua‘i’s Information Technology Division is actively monitoring the situation. Any relevant updates will be shared as more information becomes available.

 Due to a temporary disruption in phone service, the Kaua‘i Police Department's (KPD) non-emergency line at (808) 241-1711 is currently unavailable.

Until the issue is resolved, the public is advised to use the following alternative non-emergency contact numbers:
