*May 7 Update:* Service for the non-emergency line, (808) 241-1711, has been restored and is now fully operational. However, in the event the line cannot be reached, the following backup numbers are available for reporting non-emergencies:


* (808) 755-8516 
* (808) 652-7837

911 remains fully operational for emergencies.

KPD Non-Emergency Line Temporarily Down

LĪHUʻE – Due to a temporary disruption in phone service, the Kaua‘i Police Department's (KPD) non-emergency line at (808) 241-1711 is currently unavailable.

Until the issue is resolved, the public is advised to use the following alternative non-emergency contact numbers:

* (808) 652-7837

The County of Kaua‘i’s Information Technology Division is actively working to restore service. Updates will be provided as they become available. 911 remains fully operational for emergencies.
