Reminder: DOW office to open at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, August 13

LIHUE – The Department of Water (DOW) office will open for customer services at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, to accommodate a department staff training. Normal business hours will resume on Wed. Aug. 14.

DOW's normal walk-in customer service hours are from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with business by phone available from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, except state and federal holidays.

Customers may access their account information 24-hours a day via DOW’s Customer Account Portal at https://www.kauaiwater.kouwai.org/login.
