I am looking for a roommate!

I am looking for a roommate to live with me at the residences at bishop place in downtown.
I can move in next year in March 2025.
I have to report to the superintendent one month in advance, so it would be great if you could decide by the end of January 2025.

[Parking] Yes / Car $ 300 extra charge
Motorbike $ 150 extra charge
[Terms and Conditions]
1. if you want to move out, please let us know at least 1 month in advance.
2. we would appreciate it if you could keep the room clean.
3. we are looking for someone who can stay as long as possible.
4. men are also acceptable. We are waiting for many applications.
