We are looking for a tenant to move in after February 5.

The house is located in a special setting in the middle of the Manoa Forest
The garden is planted with bananas, papaya, mango, mountain apple, avocado, etc.
The Manoa Stream from Manoa Falls flows through the property.

Wake up to birds chirping in a tranquil setting

Rooms have a lanai （ overlooking the Manoa Mountains ） balcony and private bathroom.
The picture shows two beds, but currently has one queen size bed.
This is a private home, so only those who are willing to clean and use it will be considered.

*Only one person may reside in the house.

Rates include utilities.

・ Common areas
Kitchen, living room in common area on 2nd floor, laundry

Rental when signing the lease. You will be required to fill out an agreement and the deposit is for one month
Deposit will be returned minus 10% of the rent for cleaning.
