1)We currently have a young male college student in our home, so we are looking for as young a male as possible.
2．)We have private rooms for one person (from $700/month) and double rooms for two people ($600/month). The rooms vary in size depending on the angle of the room, but they all have locks. We provide desks, chairs, beds, bedding, etc. all free of charge. There is also a chest of drawers to put your clothes. Please return it when you leave.
3．)It is safe from tsunami because it is right under the Thaimond bed, and it is very well ventilated because of the high elevation. We don't need air conditioning and our guests love the natural breeze of the fan.
