＊ The current tenant will be moving out on 8/29, so please be aware that there will be a tenant present when you visit.
＊ The garden with lawn is a common space and as a rule, personal belongings are not allowed, but there is a large patio where you can put a coffee table set and enjoy your morning coffee.
＊ Since it is on the ground floor, there are times when burglars may appear. Not recommended for those who do not like goblins. According to a former tenant who likes to keep the room clean, they are almost never seen inside the room.
＊ When you contact us, it would be very helpful if you could introduce yourself briefly and tell us when you plan to move in and for how long.
