*Building Permit Electronic Plan Review System, Building Permits Status Online service offline until further notice*

LĪHU‘E – Due to a system outage, the Building Permit Electronic Plan Review System (ePlan) and the Building Permit Status Online service are offline until further notice.

Staff with the County’s IT Division is working on alleviating this issue. Updates will be posted when this service is back online.
