1œ)We currently have a young male college student in our house, so we are looking for as young a male as possible.
2Christian: We have a private room for one person (from $700/month) and a double room for two people (from $1200/month). The rooms vary in size depending on the angle of the room, but they all have locks. All rooms are lockable, and all rooms are furnished with a desk, chair, bed, and futon all free of charge.
