Nicolas Sotomayor is a certified sound practitioner and meditation teacher with over 5 years of experience. He offers both private and group healing sessions。

Sound healing sessions incorporate the use of Himalayan singing bowls and other vibrational therapy instruments such as chimes and tuning forks to create an environment for you to relax, release, and heal. Consider it a massage for your nervous system. Expect to leave with a sense of peace and calm. Using sound to make You sound.

Private Session:
In a one -on~one sound healing session we work to bring the body and mind to a state of deep relaxation and energetic alignment. The client lays on a massage table and the singing bowls are placed on various parts of the body. Participants will fully clothed for the duration of the session and no movement is involved.
