Location is conveniently located 2 minutes walk from McCully Shopping Center ！
Student dormitory type apartment, walking distance to Waikiki and Ala Moana ！
Everyone living in this apartment is very friendly and enjoys their time here!
5 women. This is a shared house with 5 women.
There are two shared showers and toilets.

A Japanese male residence manager also lives in the house.

Shared kitchen and toilets are cleaned regularly.
（ This may change in the future ）
However, in order to make everyone feel comfortable, we choose people with common sense who like to keep the place clean.


The Biki rental stand is a 2 minute walk and the bus stop is very close.
Each room includes its own refrigerator.
Toilet, shower and kitchen are shared.

There are a total of 5 women sharing this room. There is a large kitchen and dining table.

Also, there is air conditioner in the room, but if you want to use it, the rent will be $ 1000.

There is a Japanese male Residence Manager living on the premises so you can feel safe if you have any problems.
*All entrances are separate, so you do not have to share any area with the residence manager.

People from KCC, UH, OPT, etc. live here and they all seem to get along very well and have a good time.
This is by no means a Party residence, but
it is a great place to meet lots of people.
