■ Workplace atmosphere

We interviewed stylists who work at the salon.

・ The workplace is very bright, probably due to the Hawaiian climate.

・ On the afternoon of the third Thursday of every month, we close the salon and have a joint meeting with the three salons so we can discuss the good and bad points of each salon and make improvements.

・ There are many places for staff to talk with each other, such as morning meetings and group LINE, and you can often see them thinking together about topics to post on SNS. I think it is an easy place to make suggestions and discuss ideas. We go out for dinner on birthdays and promotions.

・ I feel rewarded because I can enjoy my work and my efforts are reflected in my salary.
