Ltd. （ Taziku ） and K&K Design Inc. launched an experimental "AI Animation Project" utilizing generative AI this May. In this project, repeated verification of character design and filming efficiency was conducted. Then, through the actual animation production workflow, we are exploring which parts of the workflow can utilize generative AI, and finally, we are building an environment that allows production with respect to most workflows, including titles, scenarios, settings, and character design.

The background of this project is that in Nagoya, there are very few animators and it is difficult to secure the budget necessary for animation production.
This was a measure to break through this chronic situation. Of course, the animation industry is not limited to Nagoya, but the entire country is running out of human resources, and
it is not difficult to predict that this trend will become more pronounced in the future.

On the other hand, we predict that there will be many creators who have concerns and doubts about this new initiative.
In this session, we will discuss the possibility that the animation industry, which is said to have a traditional production flow, will intersect with cutting-edge generative AI and
lead the next generation of animation production.

After graduating from university and working for a design office, he founded Idea Cloud Inc. After working for a design firm, he founded Idea Cloud Inc. and worked on websites and XR-related projects, founded XR Entertainment Inc. and focused on the XR VTuber domain, sold his shares to DMM.com in 2021, exited, and founded taziku Co. He is currently developing AI projects such as the AI Animation Project and the AI-DX Project, while developing services such as research ・ and contract consulting on generative AI.
