It has its own private entrance to the outdoors, its own private room, private bathroom, and kitchen. This is not a shared house or a shared unit. The room has a queen size bed, desk with chair, modern stove, microwave, refrigerator, safety deposit box, large closet, and garbage disposal under the sink. The bathroom has a toilet and standing shower. There is no washer or dryer in the room, but there is a 24-hour laundromat across the street. Wi-Fi is also not included, but portable Wi-Fi can be provided if needed for an additional $60 per month. For an additional $100, you can also arrange a parking space for a small car in the building's covered common parking lot.
There is also a 4.2% state tax added to the rent. For rentals of 6 months or longer, a one-month deposit is required. Rental rates vary for short term rentals. A 6-month to 1-year lease at $1,000/month is recommended.
