*KPD Seeks Public’s Help Locating Runaway 12-year-old*

LĪHUʻE – The Kaua‘i Police Department (KPD) is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a runaway juvenile.

Lokahi Valpoon, a 12-year-old resident of Kōloa, was last seen in Anahola on Apr. 6, 2025. He is 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighs 120 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.  

He is known to frequent the Anahola, Līhu‘e, Puhi and Kōloa areas.

KPD is actively investigating his whereabouts and urges anyone with information to come forward. If you have any details that could aid the investigation, please contact KPD Dispatch at (808) 241-1711.
