*Reminder: Housing Agency to hold community workshop for Waimea 400 Affordable Housing Master Plan Nov. 21*

WAIMEA – The County of Kaua‘i Housing Agency is reminding the public of a community workshop for the Waimea 400 Affordable Housing Master Plan project on Thursday, Nov. 21, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Waimea Canyon Middle School Cafeteria.  

The workshop will provide updates on the County’s progress for the entire Waimea 400 site and share preliminary concepts based on the community input gathered at the first workshop. This will include conceptual bubble plans and potential housing types for the approximately 60 acres designated for affordable housing.

On the form, you can also sign up for email updates on the project.

If you are unable to attend, the Housing Agency still welcomes your input. Meeting materials will be posted on www.waimea400housing.com [ https://www.waimea400housing.com/?utm_medium=email&utm_source=govdelivery ] after the meeting, along with an online collector form to gather your feedback. Please visit the website to learn more about the project and review the 2022 Waimea 400 Master Plan, previous community survey results, and materials from the first workshop.
